Reasonably large and well-equipped room with a big bathroom. Magnificent position. Modern design. Location really close to the center of the town and Sunnbuel cable car.

Overall wonderful and beautiful hotel, I didn't want to leave.

The staff was helpful and the place was overall clean. Breakfast with what looks like fresh jams. Its location on the mountains was magnificent. I spent a WONDERFUL time here, would recomand to anyone.

They offer a nice variety of breakfast options that you can choose from. the location is great since it's close to town and also near the cable cars that take you to the stunningly beautiful ice-blue Oeschinensee. the service here is top-notch! 👌.

The hotel is PERFECT, has great views and beautiful location near to Sunnbuel cable car, the mountains, and the Swiss rather than tourists. The room is brand-new and good-sized and essentials you need, including a balcony, a chair, and a sofa, is right there. They offer great breakfast in the restaurant.

Location: the hotel was right by the centre as well as beautiful kandersteg. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Speisesaal, ate there once or twice.

The food here is fantastic, located beautifully within a short walk from everywhere, providing an excellent experience.

The staff were efficient and friendly. Wonderful view from my room, and the food was excellent. Even though it wasn't too far away from the railway station, it was peaceful.

So its not cheap - but it´s amazing food and value.... Never to be forgotten

The hotel suited my needs and my stay there was wonderful. It was a perfectly clean place, and the staff were attentive and caring. - the rooms were new-fashioned, well-equipped, and with a big bathroom. - the location is central and stunning, especially for access to the Oeschinensee cable car.

I liked the large balcony and view from my room.

I did not like the fact that the duvet was synthetic (very unusual - no down!) and that the reading light for the bed was a built in fluorescent light above the bed, which was a harsh light and made an irritating buzzing noise. Also - this is just a matter of taste - though the room has obviously been renovated and is very clean, it is a bit sterile, with modern bult-in cupboards and bed, new (faux?) wood floor and none of the charm of an old country chalet-style small hotel. Lastly, fairly limited breakfast selection.

For a three star hotel the towels were hostel grade at best. They were very old and extremely uncomfortable to use (scratchy). The room also had no decor to speak of. An empty room with some furniture added. Depressing. The food at the restaurant was delicious but was matched by the prices. 40 chf for a 4 oz filet?
